Below is our comprehensive return policy to help you understand your options for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
General Return Policy
We accept returns for most items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
- In its original packaging with all tags, labels, or seals intact.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Please note:
- Certain handmade or custom-made items may have unique return conditions due to their personalized nature. These conditions will be outlined in the product description.
- Only partial refunds will be granted after 30 days and also if the item shows obvious signs of use, such as broken seals if the item is no longer in its original condition or if items or accessories are missing.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Perishable goods (e.g., food products, flowers).
- Digital downloads or virtual services.
- Gift cards.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at contact@abilityshop.icu
- Provide the following:
- Order number.
- Clear photos of the item and packaging.
- We will offer one of the following options:
- A replacement (if available).
- A full refund.
- Store credit.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at contact@abilityshop.icu or fill out the return request form on our website. Include your order number and reason for the return.
- Ship the Item: After receiving a return authorization, package the item securely and ship it to the address provided. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for most items within 30 days of purchase. To initiate an exchange:
- Contact us to check availability for the desired replacement item.
- Return the original item following the return process.
- We’ll ship the replacement item once we receive and inspect your return.
Refunds
Refunds are processed once your return is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to appear on your account.
Gifts
If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it:
- A gift credit will be issued to the recipient’s account upon return.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Returns
For international orders, return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will only cover the product price, not the original shipping fee.
To return your product, you will be provided a physical address by your product seller.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
